Dave and crew were really amazing! Our home and surrounding structures took a direct hit from a falling 124-year-old pine tree during the disastrous direct line wind storm near Mountain WI in July of 2019. It did over $80k of damage. Construction crews were spread paper thin. I didn’t think we would get our home restored by winter…. The Square One Carpenters that worked on our home were meticulous, patient and did outstanding work! I was very impressed!! Thanks to their great hard work we now have a home that is better than what it was before being invaded by that fibrous visitor. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

We couldn’t believe (still can’t) the incredible experience we had with Square One Restoration and Dean Stoehr, who managed our restoration after a house fire. Dean told us that first evening after the fire personnel had cleared, that he would take care of us, and he wasn’t kidding. Every last person we dealt with at Square One was fantastic, and for four months, felt like friends and family. Whether it was about scheduling, cleaning, our possessions, timing… Square One never failed to return our calls/texts almost immediately. This is so rare in the service industry of late.  We give them our top recommendation and are happy to provide this testimonial. It’s the least we can do.

From the first day we had contact with them to the end of the project they were absolutely amazing. They were at our house shortly after we contacted them and set everything up to right away to start to dry out our basement and began the work. The days following, they made us feel like our basement was their top priority and gave us their undivided attention which is appreciated when you are going through a stressful time. Any questions we had Dave made sure to answer them in a very timely manner and he would stop in to see the progress of the work. Square One provided superb service tailored to our needs. Bill Flisakowski responded to our call within two hours, evaluated our basement backup, and determined there was no mold risk; only cleanup and disinfection were required. The Square One team arrived a short time later and dove right in. Within two hours, they had completed the job. They left a blower to air out the area and took our carpets to their facility for processing. They returned our rugs a few days later, cleaned, disinfected, and smelling fresh. Their price was fair and reasonable. I am very pleased and recommend their services.
